Policies · Terms & Conditions
- Returns: 7-day no-questions-asked return. Package must remain intact for a full refund.
- After 7 Days: Only the subscription fee is refundable on a pro-rata basis for the remaining service period. The router itself is non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds (if any) are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Transaction fees (up to 3%) and used extra-data packs are not refundable.
- Warranty: 1-year hardware repair/replacement. From the second year onward, only the subscription is covered (no hardware warranty).
- Shipping: Shipped via SF Express. Dispatch within 1–2 business days; typical delivery 1–3 days.
- Extra Data: If your monthly data cap is exceeded, additional data may be purchased at ¥1 per GB. Over-usage will not auto-charge and must be added manually in your account.
